Team Captains' Briefing

​

For all selected competing teams, please note the Team Captain (or designate) must attend the

Captains' Briefing which is to held on Tuesday May 13th (6.30pm) at Novotel, Fishergate, York YO10 4FD

A second member of the Team is also welcome to attend.

Further details will be sent to all team contacts. 

Attendance at this briefing is a condition of entry;  failure to attend the briefing without good reason

will lead to a team's disqualification from the event.

Raising Sponsorship for your team

We have set up 2025 procedures for on-line fundraising (via enthuse) and 

instructions for setting up a Team Sponsorship page for this event will be sent to all selected teams that are taking part in the event.  Full instructions are here  (to follow)

NB  Please do not set up a Team Sponsorship page until you have received confirmation from us that you have been allocated a place in the event
