Venue: Aileen Minns' garden, 21 Temple Lane, Copmanthorpe, York YO23 3TB
Time - From 12.30 to approximately 15.30
Cost: No Charge

This will be an informal event, bring your own food and drink, and bring your own chairs, rugs etc. if you wish

It is intended that there will be a number of "fun" games and also possibly some live music
​

Parking:

Parking is available in Aileen's driveway and also on the street, but car-sharing where possible would be helpful.
Weather and cancellation plan:

The event will be weather dependent since there will be very limited shelter, a decision whether to go ahead will be made early in the morning of the event and communicated to all by email.
