YORK ROTARY RACE FESTIVAL 2024

Venue: Novotel Racecourse, Fishergate
This is a fund raising event in aid of the York Rotary Charity account, to support future causes.
Turnstiles open 6.30pm
First race 7.00pm
Evening of four races followed by buffet supper and then final four races culminating in The Gold Cup. Races will all be from UK race courses.
We anticipate that the evening will finish at approximately 10.00pm.
Dress:
To add to the fun of the evening you might want to consider wearing some appropriate clothing for racing, including ladies fascinators and gents hats (Bowler/Flat cap/Top hat)!
Cost: £20.00 per person, numbers limited to Rotarian plus one or Inner Wheel member plus one

Race wagers:
There will be an opportunity to places bets on the races, minimum stake £1.00, cash only. Proceeds for the wagers will be shared 50% to York Rotary Charity fund and 50% winnings shared between the successful backers.
Horse ownership: £10.00 per horse, numbers limited
Horses can be purchased at the time of booking via the website form below, horses purchased will be named to your choice at the time of booking, limited to two horses per booking. There will be a champagne prize for all winning owners. Horses will race only once.
