We're delighted to present York Rotary's second Online Safari Supper! Combined with an online Auction....
The date is Monday 22nd March at 7.00pm. On the night the ‘York Rotary Safari Zoom Room’ will be open from 6.45pm - please note this is NOT the regular Club meeting zoom room.
We'll share two courses "Virtually" - you can provide and display your own fabulous food, describe the aroma and taste, and enjoy conversation around the "table" in small groups of 6-10 people (technically called breakout rooms!)
Following feedback from our previous Safari Supper, we are suggesting that, if you are having a meal, you make the two courses "main" followed by "dessert/pud"
You will be in different groupings for the first and second courses, then we will all get back together for a final chat / coffee share.
The Auction in aid of
For those who would like to add a bit of spice to this social event..
During the evening we will "gather together" a couple of times for an online auction. We have a great selection of fabulous items donated by members (some of which are "promises" for future happenings when we are more back to normal). Bidding will start at £5 for the majority of items.
An auction catalogue will be sent out just before the event to all who have signed up. The Catalogue can also be downloaded here
All the auction items can be bid on (if you wish) and we will have a donation button for winning bidders to send in their money to our charity fund! All proceeds from the auction will be going to Carecent York
For physical items won, delivery to your doorstep can be arranged!

Winning bidders are invited to make a donation equivalent to their winning "bid" here
