"Visitors are very welcome and anybody wishing to have a vegetarian alternative to the main meat course should please indicate clearly on their reply (the form)
Please note that in the event of rain, we will convene in the Village Hall although the BBQing will be carried out in the car park as usual.
Will everybody attending please ensure that they put all waste food in the receptacles that will be clearly marked and that other non food rubbish is put in the other receptacles which will also be clearly marked.
I am sure that as in previous times we will have a great day and I really do hope that you will be attending."
