"Regalia"
The President for all official occasions wears the President's Jewel. This was presented in 1931 to the then President, Noel Terry by Alderman John Inglis, a member of the club and a jeweller, a business, which still continues in Stonegate, York to this day. This replaced a much bulkier jewel, which had been in use from1924.
The Immediate Past President wears a jewel presented in 1927 to the then immediate past President - Herbert Watson
The President Elect, previously known as Senior Vice President wears a jewel presented by the President in 1982, Peter Smith.
The Vice President, wears a jewel presented by the President in 2002, Frank Paterson.
